Born in Mayenne, Vieux Pané is made in Meslay-du-Maine. The milk is collected in the Mayenne bocage. The Vieux Pané reaches its optimum taste at the end of a good month. It offers a clean and frank taste, very balanced, marked by vegetable and dried fruit aromas. It can be eaten without difficulty with its very thin rind.
