Details

TASTING NOTES Appearance: very intense, beautiful ruby red hue. Nose: the nose is powerful and shows great finesse. The alternation of strawberry jam aromas and spicy/peppery notes creates a very pleasant bouquet. Palate: floral then spicy (pepper) notes on entry. The wine displays a superb tannic structure and lovely long-lingering flavours. DESCRIPTION The grapes are destemmed and vinified in concrete tanks. Daily pumping over is carried out during the alcoholic fermentation. Maturing takes place in concrete tank over 8 months. INFORMATION DETAILS ABV: 14.5% Grape: Mainly Grenache, then Syrah and Mourvèdre.

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
