TASTING NOTES This wine is mature and concentrated with a note of candied grapefruits zest. A serious wine on appearance with lots of sweetness. This wine will perfectly pair with fresh fishes through all forms such as marinade, carpaccio, sushi and also seafood. It will also be a perfect aperitif. INFORMATION DETAILS Grape: 70 % Chardonnay, 40 % pinot noir ABV: 13.5%

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
