Ingredients

100% natural polyfloral honey from seasides of Vietnam harvested when fully ripen. It was refined and blended as exclusive formula to promote all the advantages of each type of honey.

Instructions For Use

Every day, a person uses 25 - 50 grams (1 to 2 tablespoons) of honey, the most suitable water temperature to mix with honey is about 35-40 degrees Celsius.
