TASTING NOTES A very deep, dense, red in colour. Aromas of red currants, perfumed cedar and complex, savoury, dried herbs. This Cabernet Shiraz blend shows precise aromatics and is classically rich through the middle palate with exotic florals, cranberry complexity and dark chocolate. A full-bodied wine complemented with a long, flowing, precise tannin profile. DESCRIPTION Matured for 21 months in 28% new French barriques, Hungarian and American hogsheads, balance in older French, Hungarian and American barriques and hogsheads. Enjoyable now or will cellar for 15+ years. Food pairing: Enjoy with beef tenderloin and blackberry dressing, or mushroom bourguignon. INFORMATION DETAILS pH: 3.53 Total Acid: 6.7 g/l Vegan Friendly

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
