Italian pancetta, seasoned with an infusion based on natural spices and flavourings to which honey is added to give it a sweet and refined hint. The skilled tying by hand is followed by steaming without mold and finally natural beech wood smoking, which gives the product a characteristic flavour in addition to a rustic and artisan appearance thanks to the outer burnishing. Pork 92%, salt, wildflower honey 0.7%, dextrose, sucrose, spices, natural meat flavor, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate INS 301; Preservative: sodium nitrite INS 250.

Storage Instructions

Store in cool & dry place. Protect from sun light and strong smell, ideally store at 1-4°C
