The tete de moine is a Swiss protected name by AOP which is a cheese made of cow's milk raw and whole. This cheese is unique in the world by its mode of consumption, by doing rosettes with a scraping tool called a “Girolle”. This gives it a fruity and strong taste as well as a special flavor.

Ingredients

Whole cow's milk, salt, rennet, lactic yeast.

Instructions For Use

Serve directly or with bread. It can be heat-treated to create delicious and nutritious recipes.
