Details

Sour cream is a dairy product obtained during the fermentation of fresh cream with certain types of beneficial lactic acid bacteria. Sour cream has a light scent, is low in fat, and contains little avocado oil because it is made from a mixture of milk and cream. This ingredient is not fully fermented, and like many other dairy products, must be refrigerated. Sour cream cannot be frozen or separated at high temperatures, so it can be used in cooking.

Store in the refrigerator at 0-4 degrees C. If not fully used, you can seal it tightly and store it in the refrigerator for about 5-7 days
