Apérifrais is made in Grièges, in Ain, south of Bresse, about thirty kilometers from Bourg-en-Bresse. These little cow's milk bites offer an intense touch of freshness as an aperitif. These small 5g calissons, embellished with spices and aromatics, are available in several flavors.

Ingredients

Pasturized cow's milk cheese topped with spices and seasoning. Cheese ingredients: Milk 80%, milk cream 18%, salt, lactic acid bacteria. Ingredient ò spices and aromas ( variable quantities): red pepper, onion, oregano, basil, garlic, tomato, parsley, pepper, green olive ( salt, olive oil, antioxidant: rosemary extract), sunflower oil, aromas.

Instructions For Use

Enjoy alone or with bread or in add in salad

Storage Instructions

Keep refrigerated at 4-6°C, at dry place.
