Appealing texture with soft tannin backbone. DESCRIPTION Fermenta on with submerged cap and small open stainless steel fermenters. Oak Maturation: 100% barrel maturate d for 14 months, with just 10% new fine grain French oak hogshead s (300-litre barrels); with the balance 3 -6-year-old barrels. INFORMATION DETAILS Region: Barossa ValleyVarieties: Shiraz 47 %, Grenache 32%, Mourv èdre 21%The Shiraz was sourced from old vineyards in the Krondorf, Marananga and Ebenezer districts, Grenache from the Tanunda and Krondorf regions and Mourvèdre from the Light Pass and Krond orf regions.Alcohol 1 4.5%pH 3. 49 TA 6.16 g/l

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
