Young matured Gouda cumin cheese has naturally riped for eight to ten weeks. The cheese is full of cumin seeds, causing a delicious mild taste throughout this high-quality cheese.

Ingredients

Pasteurized cow's milk, salt, cumin (1,5%), lactic ferments, rennet, preservative: sodium nitrate (E251), coloring: beta carotene (E160A).

Instructions For Use

Best on sandwiches or crackers. The deep flavor of Gouda makes it great for cooking (like in some Gouda mac n’ cheese), with crusty bread, or with wine.

Storage Instructions

Keep in the refrigerated at lower than 7oC
