With a slightly acidic taste with aromas of hazelnut accompanied by a woody scent, it is a small cheese produced in the Drôme, it should be eaten little ripened accompanied by a salad but it will develop all its typicity when it is smooth.

Use as appetizer or main course, with bread, pasta, salad or other dishes

Storage Instructions

Store in the refrigerator at 4-8°C, keep refrigerated after opening.
