Details

Bright crimson with hints of ruby and magenta. Jubey fruit aromas of plum and fruits of the forest, with a hint of star anise and savoury spice. This wine is medium bodied with sweet dark berry fruit, chocolate and spice flavours. Its mid palate fruit generosity is complemented by a dash of rustic Sangiovese, adding a savoury edge and moreish tannin finish to the final blend. Enjoy now with a bowl of slow cooked Italian beef stew, flavoured with rose winemary, sage and pancetta, served with a side of creamy polenta; or a tomato and eggplant ciambotta. Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
