The charbonnière sauce will remind you of the appearance of "Carbon" charcoal with its black pepper powder. Creamy thanks to the white sauce, and garnished with bacon, enjoy your dishes with this gourmet seasoning.

Ingredients

Cream 39%, milk, smoked pancetta 14%, sunflower oil, Pecorino Romano DOP cheese (sheep’s milk, salt, rennet) 3%, Parmesan DOP cheese (milk, salt, rennet) 2%, thickener: rice starch, egg yolk 0.2%, onion, acidity regulator: lactic acid, fructose, black pepper 0.05%.

Instructions For Use

Heated or simply added to hot pasta, it gives your pasta a typical Italian taste with its freshly collected ingredients.

Storage Instructions

store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Once opened, store in a refrigerator.
