The gruyere is a cheese made of entire cow milk, with pressed dough and cooked, made of raw milk. Six months are necessary to produce a Gruyère mild. During this refinement, the wheels of Gruyère cheese are turned and grated with salted water. Its refinement a fine and fruity nuts taste.

Ingredients

Unpasteurized cow's milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferment.

Instructions For Use

Serve directly or with bread. It can be heat-treated to create delicious and nutritious recipes.
