Paradis Jura is produced in the mountainous canton Jura (Jura), practically on the border of Switzerland and France. It belongs to premium semi-hard cheeses and is made from selected Swiss milk. The structure of this cheese is dense, homogeneous, smooth, without eyes and blotches, the color of the cheese mass is creamy yellow. The aroma is quite rich, with spicy woody-mushroom notes; the taste is spicy, with a pleasant long aftertaste.

Unpasteurized cow's milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferment.

Instructions For Use

Serve directly or with bread. It can be heat-treated to create delicious and nutritious recipes.
