TASTING NOTES Colour: bright, straw color. Nose: characteristic of over-ripped grapes, with flavours of vanilla and hints of cocoa blend in well with fruity notes (citrus and quinces). Palate: typical aromas of white truffle enhance freshness and the natural nobility of this wine. DESCRIPTION Vinification: Picking takes place around the 15th of November (Saint-Albert’s day). Pacherenc de la Saint -Albert comes from the third and fourth grape selections. The harvest is placed in small wooden cases in order to preserve the quality of the grapes during transport. INFORMATION DETAILS ABV: 13% Grape varieties: Gros Manseng - Petit Manseng

Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
