TASTING NOTES Brilliant purple black robe. The complex nose at first suggests notes of light tobacco and cigar box, and then opens up to notes of roasted coffee, red fruits, spices, and prunes. Ample and fleshy in the mouth, with plenty of body and density. DESCRIPTION Manual harvest & sorting on conveyor belts in vineyards. Fermentation in both concrete and giant wooden vats. Malolactic fermentation in new barrels in a thermo-regulated cellar. Aged 14 months in 1-year-old French oak barrels to preserve the fruitiness and natural balance of this wine. Storage Instructions

Wine should be stored away from sunlight and fluorescent lights. The capscrew bottles can be placed vertically, while the cork bottles should be placed horizontally. Ideal storage temperature from 14-16 degrees, avoid storing wine in hot places above 24 degrees and avoid vibrations.
