This recipe reveals, at the heart of a delicately golden puff pastry dress, a generous sauce, cooked with Leerdammer and cooked ham. Gourmet, it constitutes a new way of consuming the famous Leerdammer with its unique character.

Ingredients

Puff pastry (50%): Wheat flour, water, BUTTER 20.1%, salt, WHEAT protein, enzyme: protease, egg, whole milk powder.
Filling (50%): special Leerdammer cheese 46.8% (rehydrated skim milk, cheese, butter, soluble salt: polyphosphate with citric acid, milk protein, natural cheese flavoring, salt), ham 29 ,3% (pork), water, glucose syrup, salt, gelatin, stabilizer: metal salts of diphosphate and carrageenan, dextrose, flavoring, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite) , water, modified corn starch, MILK flour, skimmed MILK powder.
