Gouda is a sweet,creamy, yellow cow's milk cheese originating from the Netherlands. The maturing period is part of the process creating cheese, and new cheese only lays in a warehouse for a few weeks, no more than four. Young Gouda cheese nice and soft with a smooth taste. The Young Gouda cheese is an extra quality cheese with less salt.

Instructions For Use

Best on sandwiches or crackers. The deep flavor of Gouda makes it great for cooking (like in some Gouda mac n’ cheese), with crusty bread, or with wine.

Storage Instructions

Keep in the refrigerated at lower than 7oC
