This is a Manchego Cheese made in the natural region of La Mancha, from the milk of Manchega Breed sheep, yellowish or light ivory in color, with a firm and friable texture, it has a great intensity with a predominance of the smell of Sheep's milk, with acidic and lactic notes such as yogurt, cream and some hints of hay in seasonal seasons. Made with pasteurized sheep's milk and from farms registered. A maturation process of approximately 6 months.

Ingredients

Pasteurized manchega D.O sheep's milk, rennet, cheese cultures and lysozyme from eggs. Rind contains artificial color (E150a, E160b, E171),
preservatives (E202, E235).

Instructions For Use

Products can be used directly or together with bread, salads, pastas, products that can be heat treated to create delicious and nutritious recipes maintenance.

Storage Instructions

Keep it cold at 2oC - 8oC, in a dry, cool place.
