Inspired by the ago-old process of food preservation, our recipe remains a well guarded secret. It’s based upon a method of capturing flavours from fresh black truffle. The alchemy is natural, and without adding any additional flavour, it’s this process that still makes us stand out. We extracted natural flavour from Périgord truffles, giving the oil an exceptionally powerful aroma.

Ingredients

Extra virgin olive oil 99%, natural truffle aroma (truffle extract 1% and natural aroma)

Instructions For Use

Used to add directly to fish dishes, meat, salads, pastas, sauces, soup … to enhance the flavor of the dish
