Delicious Hand Carved Ibérico Ham made from Iberian Pigs. Air-dried for up to 24 months. Ibérico Cebo Ham is different from Ibérico Bellota Ham because is made from pigs fed on grass and cereals and not fed on acorns. Its taste is delicate and slightly salty. Produced in Guijuelo (Salamanca), considered as the cradle of Iberian cured meats.
