Le Rustique Camembert (250g)

Le Rustique Camembert is produced in Pacé, in Orne, near Alençon. The milk is collected within a radius of around 150 km around the cheese factory and in Upper Normandy. The Camembert Le Rustique is intended for the cheese board at the end of a meal. Its paste, supple to tender depending on the degree of ripening, offers a strong taste that gradually unfolds all its complexity in the mouth.
