Explorateur - Brillat Savarin (125g)

L'Explorateur is a cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk, soft and bloomy rind, enriched with cream. Its rind, white to ivory, is fine and over time covers itself with a fine white down, soft and smooth. Its paste, creamy white in color, is dense, homogeneous, moist and extremely tender. On the nose, the Explorer offers a slight smell of mushrooms. On the palate, it is a very smooth cheese with fresh flavors and slightly tangy of cream and whose texture is reminiscent of butter.
